Dr. Dana Scott

Dana earned her Master?s degree in physical therapy in 1999 and completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) in 2008, both from Southwest Baptist University. During her early career, Dana has worked in a variety of settings, including pediatrics, out-patient orthopedics, skilled rehabilitation and sports medicine. Dana lives and works in Springfield, Missouri. Dana has spent the last 8 years working exclusively in a chronic pain program alongside behavioral medicine and helped develop a pain group program. The group education program has gained much success in helping patients with persistent pain. In 2013, Dana completed her manual therapy certification through ISPI (CSMT) and has since joined the ISPI teaching faculty. Dana is a passionate therapist caring for the chronic pain patient, a wonderful mom and ex-softball star.
